Logistics Partners: Orders are fulfilled through trusted logistics
partners and premium carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
2. Delivery Options & Timelines
We offer the following delivery options based on your preferred speed and budget:

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST (GMT +5:30)
are processed on the next business day.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment
confirmation. Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email.
4. Tracking & Updates
You can track your shipment by visiting our Track Your Order page
and entering your tracking ID.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please
contact our support team.
5. Address Changes
Delivery address changes may be requested before dispatch. Once an
order has shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
6. Inventory & Partial Shipments
If an item is temporarily out of stock, available items may be shipped first.
Remaining items will be dispatched once restocked at no additional cost.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and
we will investigate promptly.
Damaged Parcels:
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- If accepted and later found damaged, contact us with photo evidence so we can
arrange a refund or replacement.
Lost Parcels:
If a parcel is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, you may request either
a full refund or a replacement item.
8. Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on vigorain.org are inclusive of applicable
sales taxes. No additional taxes or fees are charged at checkout.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. For more details, please
