Return & Refund Policy

General Terms

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A full refund will be issued for qualifying returns, excluding the original shipping cost (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).

If the item received was defective or damaged, Vigorain will cover both the original and return shipping costs.

Items returned due to a change of mind must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Perishable items or products with expiration dates that are still within shelf life are not eligible for return or refund.

Items returned in used, damaged, or non-original condition may not qualify for a refund. All returned items are inspected upon receipt, and items deemed unsuitable for return may be sent back to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@vigorain.org with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover both original and return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind or customer preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and initiate the refund process.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • Recheck your bank or card statement
  • Contact your payment provider

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unused items in excellent condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@vigorain.org.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
